GARLAND

DIY PICK UP BALLOON GARLAND

Not looking for installation, but still crave all the fun?

We offer Balloon garland for pick up + delivery! It’s an affordable way to bring our signature art into your special occasion.

Pick up garland starts at $20 per foot. Let us know how much you need; there is no minimum.

“Standard Garland” is a mix of all balloon sizes.

“Mini Garland” is only the tiniest balloons (i.e. above “ONE”).

We’ll make it. You’ll hang it yourself. The DIY dream!

Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to offer information on how to hang your DIY garland. That’s the do-it-yourself portion ;)

ARCHES & Towers

We do Arches ranging from tiny to very large.  You can order a mini Arch for a birthday back drop or a medium to large arch for bigger events such as business grand openings or large parties. 

Hang-able Mini Arches start at $40, 

Larger Arches that sit on the ground and require installation start at $17 a foot..

 

 

Towers are a great easy way to add some flare to an event.  You pick the colors and toppers, we assemble!

Towers can be ordered online for drive through pick up or we can deliver.  Smaller towers are easy to transport.

No installation required simply choose your placement!

Short towers and an 18 inch topper start of $35

Mid to tall towers $45 and include an an 18 inch topper

ROOM EXPLOSION

Want to surprise that special person with a decked out Balloon Room!

You chose your color palette, we do the dirty work!

We'll come in and fill the room with balloons.   

We can do air balloons or helium, tell us what you're looking for!

Full room explosion with helium starts at $400, this includes a minimum of 100 latex balloons, additional cost can apply for travel. 

Partial decor starts at $250, this includes a minimum of 75 helium latex balloons.

We require  a minimum of 6 weeks for large events.  

 

 

EVENT PROCESS

MINIMUMS

Indoor $600 • Outdoor $900 

 

1. EMAIL // Fill out the form here and share as many details of your event as you can, including any inspiration photos. We will follow up within 24 hours with a general email about our process and things you/we need to know. 

2. ON-SITE MEETING // After general scope is defined, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting where we can talk through the best options for an art installation as well as general pricing.

3. PROPOSAL // Within 3-5 business days of meeting on-site meeting, a proposal with a sketch and custom quote will be sent.

4. CONTRACT & INVOICE // After the design is approved, the contract and invoice will be sent. A 50% deposit is required up front to hold your date.

5. COLOR MOCKUP // Next you will receive a color mockup for approval.

6. INSTALL // Last step is to wait for the install and then all that's left is to ENJOY!

DO YOU ONLY DO EVENT INSTALLS IN SEATTLE?
Nope! We love spreading the joy. However, if the location is out of the City of Seattle, there will be an additional travel fee. Feel free to contact us to learn more!


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE EVENT IS OVER AND THE INSTALL NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN?
With regards to striking your install, 95% of the time the client or venue does strike. We provide directions and a tool to pop the balloons. It should take an easy 20 minutes or less to strike.
